• "Casa pulitissima e ben fornita. Guardatevi intorno (anche con maps): ci sono luoghi molto belli e poco affollati a pochi minuti di auto e con qualche passo a piedi (che non fa mai male). Luogo tranquillo ma non troppo lontano dai centri più movimentati. Consigliato.."

• "Host and her family were very kind and helpful. Apartment was very nice, very clean, AC worked very good. Distance to the beach wasn't to big so we were able to go with our 4,5 year old daughter. The descent to the beach is steep but it wasn't a problem even to her :) I think it took us around 7-10 minutes walking. In the area one store (Ribola), one fast food (very nice "Oko Moje"), one restaurant and one toy stall. On the very beautiful beach the is small cocktail bar. This is pebble beach but it is very good for kids (gentle descent to the see). If you want more attractions you can go by car (around 7-10 minutes) to Okrug Gornji were is more restaurants, cocktail bars, shops and bigger, but much more crowded beach. Okrug Donji and Gornji are very beautiful. The views are remarkable. It is also very good place to go to Trogir, Split and other cities. To Trogir it is around 15-20 minutes by car (you can also but tickets and go by boat which will take you to the Trogir for 20 kuna's adults and 10 kuna's children) straight from the beach in Okrug Donji. It takes around 20 minutes. Okrug Donji is very quiet place but it is also very close to bigger cities with full of attractions (also at night). I recommend this place very much , we spent there 10 beautiful days with my wife and 2 daughters.."

• "Im großen und ganzen ganz gut. Haben uns dort auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt. Abends lässt es sich gemütlich auf der Terasse sitzen und zum Frühstück kann man dort sehr die Aussicht genießen. In ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto kann man gut den Copa Cabana Strand erreichen und wenn man möchte auch in ca. 10 min den Kieselstrand im Ort. Die Familie/Vermieter der Unterkunft ist total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Meine beiden Kinder, wie auch meine Frau und ich haben einen schönen Urlaub gehabt. Vielen Dank ."

• Okrug Donji befindet sich auf der Insel Ciovo die mit einer Brücke mit dem Festland verbunden ist, sodass sie Insel und Halbinsel zugleich ist. Man kann normal, gebührenfrei, zum Festland fahren, da die Brücke 24 Stunden am Tag offen für den Verkehr ist. Aus Okrug Donji kann man nach Trogir, außer mit dem Auto, auch mit dem Bus und dem Boot. Trogir ist 12 km von od Okrug Donji entfernt, Split 37 km. Wir empfehlen nach Okrug Donji mit dem Auto zu kommen.
